Grain Storage Bag
Grain Storage bag come as gas tight liners for bags that can contain as much as a small or large sack of grain. Easily sealed with a set of cable ties, use of the GP will ensure control of infestation, while the gas barrier in the multilayer PE liner ensures that taste and aroma are preserved. Common uses are for seed storage, coffee, cocoa, cow peas and spices.
GASTIGHT CONTAINER LINERS (GCL)
Agricultural commodities transported in shipping containers may suffer from exposure to heat and moisture. Condensation is a common problem. Gastight Container Liners (GCL) address the problem. Some commodities as coffee and cocoa do not require any additional intervention, while others as milled rice may have to be shipped in controlled atmosphere using CO2.
Hermi Bag
Commodities handled and stored in BigBags (FIBC) can now be easily stored hermetically by inserting the BigBag into a gas tight outer bag which is spread on the floor or on a pallet. The bigbag is then inserted and sealed st the top with a hermetic zipper. An optional valve enables measurement of O2 or CO2 in the bag. Optional addition of inlet to enable artificial insertion of CO2.

MOBILE GRAIN STORAGE (MGS) Premium
Long-term, organic storage of dry agricultural products is made possible by the Mobile Grain Storage Premium's hermetic design and flood resistance. Low permeability to oxygen, carbon dioxide, and moisture characterizes the flexible, UV-resistant polyvinyl chloride. A gas sampling valve is included with the MGS premium to track relative humidity. Supplies are protected from erratic weather conditions by the MGS premium's ability to withstand flooding below the zipper level. Insect and commodity respiration results in low oxygen levels and high carbon dioxide levels, which can naturally inhibit infestation and mold growth.

Envelope like structures made of flexible 200 micron polyethelene with an excellent gas barrier and UV resistant, for multi-year in- and outdoor use. For either a few tonnes or hundreds of tonnes of grain in bags. Comes with a reflective cover to protect against temperature gradients. Can be set up at locations without infrastructure. No fumigation required.
